The first review is for Olay Smooth Finish Hair Removal Duo Kit. I did get this item free back in September 2011.  I have tried several at home hair removal products, but none that woked without leaving hair or a rash behind.  I love threading for my upper lip, but with my budget getting smaller that has been cut.  Olay's new duo product has a balm with it that you apply first to protect your skin.  The balm felt similar to chapstick. The balm stays on and you place the hair removal cream on top. I followed the directions and waited 8 minutes because my hair is coarse, well here goes. It worked! I have no upper lip hair and no redness. It was so easy and painless! It made my skin smooth and silky. I have skin that is so sensitive I use my hair removal kits at night so that it will have time to calm down before I see people, but no more with this product. 

Olay Smooth Finish Hair Removal Duo is now my new hair removal product! The product retails for around $24.00 and will provide you with 12 treatments. I paid about $13 each time for threading so for less than two threading treatments I now have 12 treatments.
